How Do I Make A Car Parking Agreement?

Period of License – The License shall start on Date… and end on Date…. License Fee and Deposit – The Parker shall pay a Monthly licence fee of …. to the Owner due on day … of each month. An initial deposit of  ….. shall be paid by the Parker at the time of signing the agreement. Owner’s Rights and Responsibilities: The Owner can change the allocation of the Space by providing an alternate space within the same property as and when required. The Owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to the car, its contents or any damage caused by the use of the space by the Parker and also not responsible for any damage caused to any third party by the use of the parking space by the Parker. This is only a licence given by the Owner to the Parker and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. The Owner has complete control and possession of the car parking space. Parker’s Rights and Responsibilities: The Parker shall use the car parking space exclusively for himself throughout the day. The Parker can neither transfer his licence nor allow any other person to use the car-parking space allotted to him. The Parker shall not make any alteration or addition or build any structure in the parking space and shall keep the space free of obstructions. The Parker shall keep the parking space clean and also clear any garbage without hoarding waste in the space. The Parker shall not store or keep any such materials that are inflammable or explosive in nature in the parking space provided. The Parker shall not cause nuisance to other persons or properties in the neighbour hood. Termination: Either the party shall terminate this licence by giving one or two days prior notice to the other. If the Parker commits breach of any of the terms of this agreement, then the Owner can give notice to terminate the agreement immediately. On termination of this agreement the Parker shall immediately remove the car from the parking space.
